Second Trial
Being quite unhappy with the first video, I decided to read / watch a little bit about the shutter speed and exposure. After watching a few videos, I learned that shutter speed should approximately be twice as much as the frames per second. As I set my camera to record on 1050e (50 fps), I decided to adjust the shutter speed to 1/100.
Another point they made in these videos is that the faster the shutter speed, the less the blur caused by motion. Hence I decided to have a go with 1/180 shutter speed as well.
So first I set the shutter speed to 1/100, and then 1/180. With each setting, I played with the Exposure. Since I was not after any audio, I deleted the audio and added some background music. I also played a little bit with the settings of colour and exposure, etc., in the post-production. Lastly, I cut the scenes that were quite dark even after altering the colour and exposure settings.
Here is what I got:
I think 1/100 shutter speed and 6db or the brighter 6db is the best. SEcond best would be 1/180 and bright 9db.
It seems, with a few more trials, I will be ready to record videos for my classes. Yay!..
